What’s New?

 

Hey! It’s been a while since I have posted my last blog. I’ve been keeping busy with homework, Little 2, daycare, and now…. drumroll… Dance.

I’m in week 4 of school now. So far I’m keeping the grades up to A’s in all my classes. Personal Finance is my favorite right now. Our course material comes from Dave Ramsey, so we get to watch his videos. I think he’s funny. It makes the learning experience so much better. Plus, I think it’s important (for everyone) to be able to manage money effectively. A really practical college course. I highly and absolutely recommend it. Even if you are not taking college classes, you can still access Dave Ramsey’s courses.

Little 2 is learning so much more and getting bigger everyday. He is starting to shrill/scream like the troublesome two age but not too often. He isn’t thrilled that I’ve been doing homework lately. Less attention from mommy = upset toddler. Even if I’m with him 24/7. Now with the exception of dance practice…

I just started DubH last week. DubH is Hip Hop dance. The name is pretty much double h: DubH. Currently, I’m in 2 different dances. I’m excited to meet new people, make friends, learn dance routines, be more active & outgoing, and to just try new things! It will be good for me in many ways.

That’s a lot of activities to juggle! School, child, work, dance, what else life throws at me, (this blog), and all while being a single mom. I got this! 💪🏻

…And I still find time to read a book! 😁

📚 Homework 📚

 

School has officially started for me, and I’ve begun my first week of assignments. Homework = less blogging time for me. Especially if it’s a big load! I’ve never had 3 online courses at one time, so I’m hoping I’m able to juggle them well with everything else I have going on in life.

Currently, I have to write a rough draft for an autobiography for my Early Childhood Education course, and that is due on Saturday. I need to remind myself it’s a rough draft! I don’t feel very good at writing “bios” for social media websites let alone an autobiography. I will manage, though. I am pretty good at writing.

My personal finance had about no homework; just an introduction discussion post. And my college experience class has more homework than I expected it to have!

So far I’m doing well in my classes and keeping up with the homework! Let’s see if I am next week… 😬
